Fixed Price: Listed prices are non-negotiable. Discounts apply only to wholesale/reseller purchases that meet the minimum order quantity.

Payment Terms: Payments are accepted in cash, by bank transfer, and via QRIS. Custom orders require a 50% down payment (DP), with the remaining balance due no later than 1 day prior to shipment.

Return & Complaint Policy

Complaint Requirements: Complaints regarding shortages or incorrect product variants must be accompanied by an unedited unboxing video and submitted within 24 hours of product receipt.

Resolution: If the error is proven to be on the part of Family Semprong, a replacement product or full refund will be provided.

Packaging & Shipping

Maximum Protection: Due to the fragile nature of semprong, out-of-town shipments are packed using thick bubble wrap and sturdy double-wall cartons.

Logistics Responsibility: Damage caused by third-party courier negligence during transit is not the store’s responsibility; however, we will coordinate with the shipping provider to seek the best possible resolution
